Josi Hicks

Josi was born and raised in the classic Southern town of Camden, South Carolina. After spending her early years close to home, she went on to study at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning degrees in Political Science and Italian Studies. While at UNC, Josi spent a year living and studying abroad in Florence, Italy, where she deepened her love for travel while exploring 23 countries across Europe and Africa.

It was during this time abroad that Josi discovered how meaningful it can be to help others experience the world for themselves. Now based in Chapel Hill, she brings her curiosity, global perspective, and firsthand experience to curating thoughtful, well-crafted trips for MavenLuxe clients. Inspired by her time living la dolce vita, Josi focuses on the small, memorable moments that turn a trip into something truly lasting.
