Our team is on the move as much as possible, experiencing different destinations and strengthening our relationships with hotels and partners worldwide. Our goal is to get to know you as well as possible and use what we know about you to curate customized trips that suit your interests and style. We aim to build long-term relationships with each client in order to make travel planning stress-free and each trip a customized success - including industry perks like complimentary breakfast, upgrades, resort / cruise line credits, and VIP status.

MavenLuxe specializes in high-end travel and works primarily with four- and five-star hotels, resorts, boutique properties, villas, and safari camps. On average, the hotels we specialize in begin at $750-1,000 per room, per night depending upon the destination, time of year, and local events. Full package ground services (car/driver, guiding, unique experiences) typically begin at $500 per person, per day. We approach vacation planning like assembling a puzzle, taking your budget into account to curate a well-rounded travel experience within your comfort zone. Changes in budget midway through planning can result in delays in securing optimal accommodations and guides, potentially leading to mismatches with our luxury partners. We offer a comprehensive service that allows us to provide a well-rounded travel experience. When we are only booking activities, it can cause inconsistencies in the quality of your itinerary. At MavenLuxe, we stand behind a high level of service and this only comes when we are able to create your custom trip from start to finish. For this reason, we are not able to work on activity-only trip requests but hope to have the opportunity to work with you on a full itinerary in the future!

We have a comprehensive network of vetted villa and rental home partners around the world, with exclusive access to private listings. We do not work with rental websites such as AirBnb or VRBO. We only use accredited local properties that we trust are able to maintain a strict level of quality to ensure that you have an incredible homestay experience.

We are able to keep our direct fees to clients low as we are paid a commission on hotel and cruise bookings. While we are more than happy for you to utilize points / miles for flights (which is often the best value for your points anyway), we do ask that when committing to our services, you allow us to make and manage your hotel bookings to ensure a seamless stay for you.

We are generally unable to provide component pricing due to the dynamic pace of booking travel and the confidential contracted rates of our on-the-ground luxury travel suppliers. If itemization is required, please discuss this with your MavenLuxe advisor before starting the planning process.
